Why is my house importing with charge in the battery?

A battery can hold charge while the home still buys grid power. It may be saving energy for later, following its plan, or the house may need more power than it can supply at once.

  • The time and battery percentage.
  • Whether the battery says it is supplying the home, waiting or charging.
  • Whether several large appliances are running at once.
  • Whether the pattern keeps happening at the same time.
  • Whether your electricity company or another app can control the battery.
