Who operates Sundime

Sundime is the trading name of HAAI Investments Pty Ltd, a Victorian company based in Melbourne. Questions: hello@sundime.com.au.

What we make

Two parts: a small Gateway that gives a compatible battery its daily plan, and the app that shows what's happening. The plan considers household use, expected solar and your electricity prices.

Works with GoodWe ESA batteries today. More brands to follow. Dual-phase GoodWe ESA homes are assessed individually. See how we check each home.

What Sundime is not

Independently developed Sundime is independently developed and isn't affiliated with GoodWe or any battery manufacturer. Product names belong to their respective owners.

Sundime is not an electricity retailer, battery manufacturer, installer or Virtual Power Plant operator. Repairs and warranty support stay with whoever supplied the battery.

How we describe results

Sundime does not guarantee savings. Results depend on the household, tariff, weather, solar, battery, inverter and configuration. The app waits for measured data before showing a savings result. We won't publish a case study without its measurement period, assumptions and the customer's permission.

Current availability and price

Sundime is in a small private beta. The app is free with no in-app purchases; live-home operation needs a compatible Sundime Gateway. Pricing isn't published yet โ€” beta participants will be told before being asked to pay.
